The Buddha taught his followers to practice metta, or loving-kindness, when facing fear and anxiety. In this guided meditation we will open our awareness to present-moment experience and then be guided in doing a simple yet powerful practice of metta. Loving-kindess helps unburden the heart and mind so we can respond skillfully to whatever comes towards us.
