Swasa Yam Kriyas

These eight kriyas (actions) are a series of simple and powerful breath exercises designed to calm the mind for meditation. While perfect for a confident beginner, experienced meditators will find this practice refreshing and heart opening. The session will begin and end with the chanting of Sanskrit prayers for peace. Enjoy a few moments of quiet sitting at the end to reflect on the feeling of the practice.
